A booking flow that stays simple on the surface.
The platform needed to support both single events and multi-day festival logic, without making the reservation process feel complicated for the user.
I built the frontend flows, booking logic and admin tools around real operational needs: participant data, availability, confirmations, content management and multilingual user journeys.
